Documint uses the term merge to refer to the process of merging your data with your template to create a document.
In terms of usage, merges are only counted if they are done with active template. When you create documents with active templates, they are not branded and will count against your plan's merge allowance.
The Documint brand appears on inactive templates. You can remove the brand by going to your template and switching it to active (there is a toggle in the top-right corner). Keep in mind, documents created from active templates are counted towards your total merges, so we recommended keeping your template inactive while you are still building and testing them
Currently we handle template transfers manually. Just contact us with the template ID and the account you want to transfer it to, and we will handle the rest.
